hi, I’m aditi
I’m a product designer based in Brooklyn. My work focuses on making complex systems accessible - with intuitive and easy-to-use interfaces. At Cognizant, I design for a major telecom client. I build flows for an AI-native customer care platform used by thousands of agents. I move through the full design process - from research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, stakeholder presentations, and dev handoffs, incorporating new tools as needed.
Translating complexity to comprehensible interfaces has always been central to my practice. This was the focus of my thesis at Parsons School of Design, and it continues to inform my projects today - from established enterprise workflows to newer voice interfaces. I am an agile adopter of tools and methods, eager to understand their affordances and limitations, finding the most effective way of incorporating them into my processes.
My journey started with architecture, which was instrumental in shaping my understanding of systems and experiences in different mediums. I have also taught courses at The New School, which strengthened my ability to articulate complexity. Outside of work, I enjoy expanding my mediums of making - ranging from creative coding to pottery.
I care about design that’s useful, and a little ahead of its time.
